These terms govern your use of this website and of the medical assistance service operated by Danang Doctor. By using the site or submitting the booking form you accept them.

1. This is a non-emergency service

Danang Doctor arranges non-emergency medical consultations at your accommodation. In a life-threatening emergency, call 115 (Vietnam emergency ambulance) or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency department. Do not use this website, the booking form, or WhatsApp to report an emergency.

2. Information on this site is general

Nothing on this website is a medical diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise of a particular outcome. Any clinical advice comes only from the attending doctor, after an examination.

3. Booking requests

• Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
• A visit is confirmed only when a member of our team replies to you by phone or messaging app.
• Response and arrival times quoted on this site are estimates. Traffic, weather, distance and demand affect them.
• Please give accurate contact details — we cannot reach you otherwise.

4. Fees and payment

Fees depend on the service, the diagnostic equipment required, the time of day, and the distance. You will be told the applicable fee before the visit is confirmed. We accept card, bank transfer, and cash. A detailed receipt and an English medical report are provided on request so you can claim from your travel insurer. We are not a party to your insurance contract and cannot guarantee that any particular insurer will reimburse you.

5. Cancellation

Tell us as soon as possible if your plans change. A visit cancelled after the doctor has already travelled to your location may incur a call-out fee, which will be stated to you in advance.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about symptoms, allergies, and current medication.
• For a child, an adult with parental responsibility must be present throughout the visit.
• Provide safe, lawful access to the visit location.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

The Danang Doctor name, logo, text and images on this website belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the courts of Da Nang have jurisdiction over any dispute.
